The Fastnet Rock and Lighthouse and Cape Clear Island – Boat Based Photography Tour:

Leaving from Baltimore Harbour at 5am on board Voyager we will head out to The Fastnet Rock and Lighthouse for some sunrise shots returning via South Harbour and the Bill of Clear for some great seascape shots before being dropped off at North Harbour for breakfast at 8.30am. You will spend the day on Cape Clear Island for those elusive landscape and seascape shots that only the islands can give you. We will pick you up at 7pm from North Harbour returning you to Baltimore around 8pm giving you a chance to make some lovely early evening images of Sherkins south eastern cliffs.
This is a NON guided tour but you will be supplied with a map of Cape Clear to enable you to navigate to the best spots for landscape and seascape photography. Food and drink on Cape Clear Island can be obtained at Sean Rua’s Restaurant at North Harbour.

The Islands of Roaringwater Bay – Sherkin, Heir and Cape Clear:
Saturday June 4th 2011
Starting from Baltimore Harbour at 8am to get the early morning light you will be dropped off at North Harbour on Cape Clear for breakfast before spending time around North and South Harbour making lovely landscape and beachscape images of those parts of this beautiful island. Returning to Baltimore on the Cape ferry at noon you will then catch the 1pm ferry to Sherkin Island in time for lunch and to spend the afternoon shooting the amazing scenery on this unique Irish island. Returning to Baltimore for a cuppa and bite to eat around 5.30pm. We will pick you up at around 6.30pm and take you to Heir Island for the sunset shots over the western islands of Roaringwater Bay returning to Baltimore around 9pm. A long day but a landscape and seascape photographers dream day out!
